At Dog First Always, we expect you to enjoy what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.
Refunds are available if:
• The wrong item was sent
• Your item arrives damaged or defective
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
To start a refund request, email info@dogfirstalways.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed the situation, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
