Every Dog First Always item is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality.

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship.

Once shipped, delivery times are generally:

• United States: 3–7 business days,* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
