Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Once your package leaves our hands, delivery usually happens within 3–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships — whether you refresh it every hour or forget about it completely (until your dog alerts you at the door), we support both approaches.

We want you to love your shirt.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Here’s how it works
• Contact us within 30 days of purchase
• The item must be unused and in the condition you received it
• Email info@dogfirstalways.com with your order number and a photo of the issue
If the product is faulty, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Because each shirt is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size or colour selection.
